Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the information you send me through this website. I keep it simple because the way I handle your information is simple.
What I collect
Only what you type into a form. On the lead form that’s your name, your shop name, a phone number and/or email, and — if you add it — a short note about what’s leaking. On the free AI Snapshot request it’s your name, email, business name, and what you tell me about where things fall through the cracks. On the newsletter and The Counter waitlist it’s just your email (and a name if you choose to add one). There’s no account to create and I don’t ask for anything else.
How I use it
For one thing: to get back to you about what you asked for — a snapshot of where your shop is leaking jobs, an answer to your question, or the weekly email if you signed up for it. I don’t sell, rent, or trade your information, and I don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
When you submit the lead form or the waitlist, your message is emailed to me through my email provider (Resend) so I can read it and reply — nothing is stored beyond that send. The free AI Snapshot request works the same way, and a copy is also saved securely in my own private database (Supabase) so a request is never lost if an email fails. If you sign up for the newsletter, your email is stored as a contact with Resend so the weekly send can reach you; you can unsubscribe in one click any time.
Analytics & cookies
I use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages people visit, in aggregate. It doesn’t use tracking cookies and doesn’t build a personal profile of you. This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who else is involved
A few service providers make this site work: Vercel hosts it and provides the aggregate analytics above, Resend delivers the email your form generates and stores newsletter contacts, and Supabase stores the private copy of a Snapshot request. Each only handles the information needed to do that job.
Your choices
You can ask me what information of yours I hold from an enquiry, or ask me to delete it — from both my inbox and my database. Email me and I’ll take care of it.
